Max 2 pets per apartment home.Pet Fee: Non-refundable fee of $300 for one pet, $500 for two pets.

Pet Rent: $25/month (for 1 pet) or $45/mo (for 2) for the duration of the lease.
Breed Restrictions: Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs. However, because certain breeds do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier (or Bull Staffordshire Terrier), Basenji, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Chinese Shar-Pei, Doberman Pinscher, Elkhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, St. Bernard, Wolf Breeds.
For applicants with an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), a letter from a medical provider is required and will be sent to the community manager for approval.
